Park Slope Family Health Center at ٺƵ offers primary care and same-day sick visits for adults and children.

The primary care locations of the Family Health Centers at ٺƵ have received recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance as Patient-Centered Medical Homes (PCMH). This care model focuses on putting patients first. It helps create better relationships between patients and their healthcare teams.

We also provide behavioral health and general and pediatric dentistry, and our medical staff is fluent in Russian and Spanish. As a patient at the Family Health Centers at ٺƵ, you can also be referred to doctors from more than 30 adult and pediatric medical and surgical specialties as needed.

Project SAFE Teen Health Center

Park Slope Family Health Center is also home to the Project SAFE Teen Health Center, which provides gynecological exams, birth control, and testing for pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases to youth between the ages of 13 and 20.

We are open Monday and Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30AM to 8:00PM; and Saturday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. We are closed Sunday.

After-Hours Medical Advice

If you have a non-urgent medical question outside of regular center hours, please call 718-832-5980. Assistance is available in multiple languages.
