When surgery is necessary, our doctors use techniques that reduce recovery time, swelling, and pain. We perform simple outpatient procedures, such as biopsies and wart removals, in our office for your comfort and convenience. We are also a trusted source for people who have had foot surgery elsewhere and need a second surgical procedure—also referred to as revision surgery—to correct it.

In addition, we offer on-site advanced imaging services. You can also see an orthotist to be fitted for custom orthotics.

We also provide care for joint pain and swelling and skin conditions that affect the foot, as well as surgical and nonsurgical care for injuries and syndromes that cause pain and other symptoms, including the following:

• accessory navicular syndrome, an extra bone on the inner center arch of the foot
• capsulitis of the second toe, an inflammation of the ligament capsule at the base of the second toe
• Haglund’s deformity, a bony bump on the back of the heel bone
• Jones fracture, a break between the base and shaft of the bone on the outside of the midfoot at the base of the small toe
• Lisfranc injuries, an injury to the bones or ligaments in the middle part of the foot
• Morton’s neuroma, also called intermetatarsal neuroma, pain in the ball of your foot, between the third and fourth toes
• os trigonum syndrome, an overuse injury common in ballet dancers caused by a small, round bone that sits behind the ankle joint
• peroneal tendon injuries, which may include tendinitis, tears, and misaligned joints
• posterior tibial tendon dysfunction, when the tendon cannot support the foot’s arch, resulting in adult-acquired flatfoot and joint deformities
• sesamoid injuries, including fractures or overuse injuries that affect the big toe and the ball of the foot
• tarsal coalition, an abnormal connection between two bones in the back of the foot
• tarsal tunnel syndrome, ankle pain caused by a compressed nerve
