As a seasoned cardiologist at �ٺ���Ƶ, I am deeply committed to proactive healthcare and patient well-being. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, I was inspired by my uncle, a dedicated general practitioner and NYU graduate, whose commitment to his patients left a lasting impression on me. My journey in medicine has been driven by a desire to not only treat but also prevent disease, ensuring my patients lead healthier, longer lives.

I specialize in interventional cardiology, with over 37 years of experience in managing and treating heart conditions such as heart attacks, coronary artery disease, angina, and valve disease. My extensive training at Johns Hopkins and Harvard has equipped me with the skills to perform life-saving procedures, including coronary stenting and cardiac catheterization. Additionally, I have pioneered cardiac emergency response programs and introduced advanced diagnostic tools like the first office-based nuclear camera and dedicated cardiac positron emission tomography (PET) scanner in South Palm Beach County, Florida, enhancing early detection and treatment of coronary disease.

As the former catheterization lab director at Bethesda Memorial Hospital and the architect of the first cardiac emergency response team at Delray Medical Center, I have consistently worked towards reducing door-to-balloon times and improving patient outcomes. Since 2017, I have had the privilege of serving as regional medical director at �ٺ���Ƶ Medical Associates — Delray Beach, where I have been instrumental in expanding our multi-specialty group, ensuring seamless access to �ٺ���Ƶ’s extensive medical expertise for our community and those traveling between New York and Florida.

My personal battle with cancer in 2020 profoundly deepened my understanding of the patient experience, reinforcing my commitment to preventive care. While I no longer perform surgeries, I leverage my interventional cardiology background to focus on heart-centered healthy aging and state-of-the-art cardiac care. My goal with each patient encounter is to enhance their medical quality of life and mitigate the risks associated with age-related cardiac diseases.
