As an interventional spine and musculoskeletal physiatrist at �ٺ���Ƶ, my primary goal is to help patients find relief from pain and discomfort through non-surgical care options. I serve as an assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, and I am passionate about introducing innovative, research-backed treatments to my patients. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, empowering patients to actively participate in their care journey.

My specialty is in non-surgical care of the spine and musculoskeletal system. I incorporate a comprehensive approach, addressing multiple facets of patient care. I perform a variety of procedures to manage pain, including epidural steroid injections, facet ablations and injections, spinal and peripheral nerve blocks, basivertebral nerve ablation, percutaneous lumbar decompression, and spinal cord stimulation. I use these procedures judiciously, only recommending treatments to my patients that I would consider for my own family.

Over the years, I have been honored as a SuperDoctor in The New York Times Magazine multiple times, reflecting my unwavering commitment to patient care. I have contributed to numerous scientific papers, textbooks, and textbook chapters, and I regularly share my knowledge with physicians, medical students, and residents. My decision to pursue a career in medicine was fueled by a desire to help patients understand their health conditions and treatment options.
