Shae Datta, MD, co-director of 嘿嘿视频鈥檚 Concussion Center and director of cognitive neurology at 嘿嘿视频 Hospital鈥擫ong Island, speaks with Eat This, Not That! about identifying daily triggers to avoid, such as certain foods and food additives. She also shares healthy habits to adopt, including regulating sleep, avoiding stress, and staying hydrated, to help prevent migraines.
