Retinoblastoma in Children

At the Stephen D. Hassenfeld Children’s Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, part of Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital at ºÙºÙÊÓƵ, our oncologists, ophthalmic oncologists, radiation oncologists, interventional radiologists, anesthesiologists, and nurses work together to provide your child with the best care for retinoblastoma. This rare cancer of the eye mainly affects children ages two and younger.

Our doctors also perform genetic testing to determine whether the cancer is inherited, a factor that can help them decide how to manage it. Our team of specialists provides medical and emotional support during diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
