As the director of clinical operations for �ٺ���Ƶ’s Joan H. Tisch Center for Women’s Health, Caren F. Behar, MD, knows the importance of providing care specifically tailored to female executives. Executive physicals—comprehensive examinations required by many employers—have historically focused on male executives, so female health issues, including birth control, menopause, and gynecological cancers, have not always been addressed. Dr. Behar begins her appointments by carefully listening to her patient’s background. “You get so much more in 2 hours than in 20 minutes.
