NYU Langone Medical Center announced today a $4 million grant from The National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction (NFFR) to support the design and construction of a new state-of-the-art facility for its Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery (IRPS), located on East 33rd Street in Manhattan. The NFFR has supported 嘿嘿视频 since 1963 with grants totaling over $40 million.
Under the leadership of , the Lawrence D. Bell Professor of Plastic Surgery and director of IRPS, the Institute is the largest facility of its kind in the country, and each year treats approximately 3,000 patients with cranial or facial abnormalities as well as other plastic surgery conditions. Expert physicians at the IRPS have been revolutionizing the treatment of craniofacial deformities for almost 60 years.

Established in 1951, the NFFR supports those with facial disfigurement, primarily children, by supporting state-of-the-art treatment, innovative research, psychosocial support, medical training and national public health initiatives that improve care and inspire a new generation of doctors. Recently the foundation was honored for its ongoing support of 嘿嘿视频鈥檚 IRPS at its annual Giving Societies luncheon. The award was accepted by Eileen Newman, President of the NFFR, on behalf of foundation.
